Earlier this month I had a blog post entitled “For the love of dogs”. The following was not at all planned but gives me the opportunity to share some candid humor with all you cat lovers out there. To tell you the truth, I didn’t think kitty would hang around for this series of photos but to my amazement and delight, he did. Here he sees me approaching and I think he is as interested in what I am doing as I am in what he is doing. He just sat there with his eyes following me as I walked around the car.

This cracked me up . . . it’s as if he is thinking “if I can’t see her, she can’t see me”.

He pops his head back up after a few seconds of ducking behind the mirror. “Oops, she’s still there”.

He couldn’t resist any further as he walked up to me to purr and get a little head scratching.

So, if you leave your windows down while visiting our neighborhood, please check and make sure Ziggy isn’t a passenger in your vehicle when you leave. : )
