They exchanged vows at mid day in St. Helena at Harvest Inn. There were two changes of clothing for portraits prior to the ceremony.

The Meritage Resort was the setting for this couple’s wedding ceremony and reception with the ceremony taking place in the spacious wine cave and the reception in the ball room. This really is a great place for a wedding celebration! This first photo has a wonderful vintage feel to it.





The next four photos were taken during Jenna & Brian’s “first meeting” prior to the wedding ceremony. It always feels like such a privilege to observe and document this intimate emotion-packed meeting. Here Brian waits at the top of the hill for his bride to approach.


Real emotions are beautiful to capture.

Since Mark and I photograph weddings together, we are able to photograph their reactions simultaneously.

It was a bit of a trek up the hill to this gazebo but well worth it!
