MacArthur Place in Sonoma was the venue that Summer and David chose for their destination wedding. This place is incredible and has garden spa suites that are really luxurious.

There are a lot of really unique sculptures, etc. all over. I love this cool weather vane.

Here they are walking towards the ceremony site making sure that they had the ring boxes.

The ceremony took place in this lovely little garden, which is by the Koi Pond. Rev. Peadar Dalton of Your Ceremony Matters officiated.
During the ceremony, Rev. Dalton directed Summer and David to hold each other’s ring over their heart, prior to exchanging rings.

Tears of joy from Summer after they are pronounced husband and wife.

Chocolate dipped strawberries with . . .

. . .sparkling wine from Gloria Ferrer Winery in Sonoma!

Their wedding cake.

Checkers — One of the unique game boards in the garden.

A short distance away, what else? Chess. David decided that they should be the King and Queen. I love how they just blend in and look so stoic.

Same place, within a a minute or so of the previous shot only this time with more dramatic use of light for a more romantic feeling.

Beautiful late afternoon sunshine.

After we were done with their photos, they headed on over to the General’s Daughter for their wedding dinner.
Best wishes!
